The Borrower purchased a 5,000 square foot retail building in the Prospect Park South neighborhood of Brooklyn and Hirshmark provided 100% financing. The Borrower provided an additional retail building as collateral in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, which was unencumbered. The Borrower needed capital to close on a TOE purchase.

The collateral consists of two buildings totaling 45,000 square feet and 65 units. The Borrower required fast, flexible capital to purchase defaulted debt at a discount, creating a unique opportunity to regain control of the asset. Hirshmark was able to close the transaction in just 7 days.
