Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $11,500,000 acquisition and renovation loan secured by a multifamily building, community facility building, and development site in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. The buildings total 8,500 SF and the development site has 37,000 BSF. The borrower needed capital to purchase and renovate the existing buildings with a TOE closing.
