Williamsburg Mixed-Use

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,700,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. The 5,000 SF building contains two apartments and a store and is on the same block as the L-train. The borrower needed capital to refinance a maturing loan.
