Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,800,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the West Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan. The 60,000 SF building is just two blocks from the subway and has 54 residential units and 5 commercial units. The borrower needed capital to refinance a matured loan.
