Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,400,000 bridge loan secured by two side-by-side mixed-use buildings in the Times Square/Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan. The subject properties total 7,500 SF with 5 residential units and 2 retail units. The borrower needed capital for other business purposes. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
