Sunset Park & Chinatown Mixed-Use Buildings

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $4,200,000 bridge loan secured by two mixed-use buildings; one in the Lower East Side of Manhattan and one in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The buildings total 24,000 SF and contain 24 residential units and 6 commercial units. The borrower needed the capital to refinance an existing loan.
