South Slope & Sunset Park

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $15,000,000 bridge loan secured by six buildings in the South Slope and Sunset Park neighborhoods of Brooklyn. The buildings total 58,000 SF with 50 residential units and 10 commercial units. The borrower needed capital to refinance an existing loan. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
