Queens Retail – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,600,000 bridge loan secured by a retail strip in the Jamaica Estates neighborhood of Queens. The subject property is a 10,000 SF building with four vacant units. The property is on a major retail thoroughfare and has over 140 feet of frontage. The borrower needed capital to renovate the subject property. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite for providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
