The multifamily building will be 11,500 SF with 9 residential units and the retail building is 2,000 SF with 6 commercial units. The borrower needed capital to complete the construction on the multifamily property. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
