Park Slope

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $6,000,000 bridge loan secured by a retail and office building located in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn. The building is directly across the street from Barclays Arena. The borrower needed capital to refinance an existing loan and additional proceeds to renovate the building.
