Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $5,200,000 bridge loan secured by two mixed-use buildings in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn. Between the two there is over 15,000 SF of office, residential, and retail space. The borrower needed capital to refinance an existing loan by using an additional property as collateral. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
