Park Slope Multifamily

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $50,000,000 construction completion loan secured by a mid-construction 170,000 square-foot multifamily building and seven industrial buildings throughout Brooklyn. Upon completion, the Park Slope multifamily building will have 144 residential units. The loan was cross collateralized by seven industrial buildings in Sunset Park. The Borrower needed capital to refinance a maturing loan and complete the construction of the multifamily building.
