Midtown West Multifamily

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,850,000 bridge loan secured by a multifamily building in the Midtown West neighborhood of Manhattan. The 10,000 SF building contains 20 units, half of which require renovation. The borrower needed capital to refinance a maturing loan and additional proceeds for the renovation of the vacant units.
