Midtown Office Building & Gowanus Development Site

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $21,500,000 bridge/acquisition loan secured by an office building in the Midtown neighborhood of Manhattan and a development site in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn. The 60,000 SF office building was vacant at the time of closing. The development site has over 125,000 BSF. The borrower needed capital to close on a TOE purchase of the office building
