Maspeth & Bushwick

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $4,500,000 bridge loan secured by an industrial building in the Maspeth neighborhood of Queens and a retail in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. Between the two buildings there is 27,000 square feet. The borrower needed capital to refinance existing debt and use the remaining proceeds for construction costs on an unrelated propety.
