Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $6,500,000 bridge loan secured by a retail building/development site on the Upper East Side and a mixed-use building in the Midtown West neighborhoods of Manhattan. The retail/development site building is 6,500 SF with 15,000 buildable square feet and the mix-use building is 4,500 SF with a store and three apartments. The borrower needed capital to purchase the retail building and used the mixed-use building as additional collateral.
