Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of two (2) related bridge loans totaling $10,600,000 secured by four (4) residential investment condos and a mixed-use office building in Manhattan. The residential condos total 9,000 SF and the office building is roughly 20,000 SF. The borrower needed capital to refinance an existing loan and a partnership buy-out. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
