Manhattan Mixed-Use – Bridge Loan
Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,100,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan. The subject property has 22 residential units and 2 commercial units and just a few blocks from Penn Station. The borrower needed capital to buyout a partner and renovate the property. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
