Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,100,000 acquisition loan secured by two retail co-ops in Manhattan and a retail building in Brooklyn. The retail co-ops total 2,200 SF and are located on the Upper East Side and the retail building in the Cypress Hills neighborhood of Brooklyn is 3,300 SF. The borrower needed capital to purchase the Brooklyn building and used the Manhattan property as additional collateral.
