Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $7,000,000 bridge loan secured by a retail building in the Lower East Side neighborhood of Manhattan. The building is 23,000 SF with 4 commercial spaces, one of which is McDonald’s. The borrower needed the capital to refinance an existing loan.
