Harlem Multifamily – Note on Note Financing

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $950,000 loan  of a mortgage secured by a 5,200 SF, 8-family in the West Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan. Our borrower, an active bridge lender, needed financing to buy out a partner. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing diverse short term bridge financing in a time sensitive matter.
