Flatbush Mixed-Use – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of two unrelated bridge loans totaling $2,550,000 in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject properties contain 3 commercial units, 9 residential units and total over 15,000 SF. Each borrower needed capital to refinance. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
