Elmhurst Condo Inventory

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $3,200,000 bridge loan secured by a multifamily building in the Elmhurst neighborhood of Queens. The 17,000 SF building has 20 residential units, which will be sold as condos. The borrower needed capital to refinance a maturing loan and additional time to finish the project and sell the units.
