Corona Three-Property Package

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $3,500,000 construction completion loan secured by three properties in the Corona neighborhood of Queens. The loan is secured by a total of 16,000 SF between the three buildings with 10 residential units and 10 commercial units. The borrower needed capital to refinance and complete the construction of one building, which will be a 10,000 SF 8-family.
