Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,000,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject property is a 4,000 SF building with a commercial unit and 3 residential units. The building is on a major retail thoroughfare within the neighborhood. The borrower needed capital to refinance the existing debt. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
