Clinton Hill Mixed-Use – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,750,000 bridge loan secured by two mixed-use buildings in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject properties total over 10,000 SF and just blocks away from the subway. The borrower needed capital to renovate the subject properties. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
