Clinton Hill & Crown Heights Mixed-Use – Bridge Loan
Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of two unrelated bridge loans totaling $2,500,000 secured by two mixed-use buildings in the Clinton Hill and Crown Heights neighborhoods of Brooklyn. The subject properties contain two stores and six apartments and both are on major retail corridors. Between the two buildings, there is roughly 7,500 SF. Each borrower needed capital to renovate the subject properties. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner. These transactions were negotiated by Hirshmark’s Marty Lewis.
