Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,500,000 acquisition loan secured by three properties in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manhattan. The loan is secured by a total of 23,000 SF between the three buildings with 14 residential units and 5 commercial units. The borrower needed capital to purchase one of the buildings.
