Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $5,200,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. The subject property is 10,000 SF with 12 residential units and 2 retail units and directly across from the Highline. The borrower needed capital to refinance a maturing bank loan. This transaction was negotiated by Hirshmark’s Jake Soodek.
