Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,700,000 bridge loan secured by a retail building in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. The 7,500 SF property, which is partially vacant, is just a block of a major subway station and surrounded by national tenants. The borrower needed capital to refinance an existing loan and renovate the building.
