Bushwick Multifamily – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,000,000 bridge loan secured by two multifamily buildings in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. The borrower is in the process of converting each building from a 2-family to a 6-family, totaling over 8,000 SF. The borrower needed capital to refinance a maturing loan and cash out enough to finish the construction. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
