Bushwick Mixed-Use – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,700,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject property is a 7,500 SF building with two apartments and a 5,000 SF grocery store. The borrower needed capital to refinance and pay off violations on the subject property. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
