Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $6,600,000 bridge loan secured by two retail buildings in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. The buildings total 27,000 SF of rentable space with an additional 50,000 SF of air rights. The borrower needed capital for other business purposes.
