Brooklyn Multifamily – Bridge Loan
Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of two unrelated bridge loans totaling $1,500,000 secured by two multifamily buildings in Williamsburg and Bed-Stuy. Both borrowers needed capital for the acquisition of each property. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner. These transactions were negotiated by Hirshmark’s Jake Soodek and Mark Levin.
