Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,200,000 bridge loan secured by a multifamily property in the Bedford Stuyvesant  neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject property is a 4-story, 9,700 SF brick building, with 8 apartments. The property is in the heart of Bed-Stuy, just a few blocks from a major subway line. The borrower needed capital to refinance an existing loan. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
