Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,100,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject property is roughly 10,000 SF with 10 apartments and 3 stores. The borrower needed capital to refinance and renovate units in the building. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
