Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,650,000 bridge loan secured by two mixed-use buildings in the Bed-Stuy neighborhood of Brooklyn. The buildings total over 12,000 SF and contain 10 residential units and 2 retail units on a major retail corridor in Brooklyn. The borrower needed the capital to refinance an existing loan and complete interior renovations.
