Astoria Multifamily & Mixed-Use Package

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $4,250,000 bridge loan secured by a package of mixed-use and multifamily buildings in the Astoria neighborhood of Queens. The four buildings total 21,000 square feet with 21 residential units and 2 retail units. The borrower needed capital to refinance maturing loans.
