The subject property is a 5,100 SF brownstone that is being converted into three  condominium units. The property is in the heart of Park Slope, just blocks away from Barclays. The borrower needed capital to complete the interior renovations, allowing him to finish the condo conversion. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
