Park Slope Multifamily & Coney Island Mixed-Use – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $35,000,000 bridge loan secured by a multifamily building in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn and a mixed-use building in the Coney Island neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject properties total 190,000 SF with 150 residential units and 5 commercial units. The borrower needed capital to purchase a separate property with a TOE. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
