Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $7,500,000 acquisition loansecured by a mixed-use building in the Jackson Heights neighborhood of Queens. The subject property is a 25,000 SF commercial building leased to a pharmacy, office, and hotel operator. The borrower needed quick financing to close. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
