Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $750,000 bridge loan secured by a 50% Tenants In Common interest in a retail/industrial building in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject property is a single story, corner building, with 10,000 SF. The borrower needed capital to payoff a maturing loan. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
