Greenpoint Mixed-Use – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $700,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject property is a 4,250 SF building with four apartments and a store. The borrower needed capital to refinance. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
