Hirshmark Capital is proud to announce the funding of a bridge loan secured by three properties in the Fort Greene and Prospect Heights neighborhoods of Brooklyn. The properties are a mix of residential and commercial units, which totals roughly 8,000 SF. The properties are situated just a few blocks from Brooklyn Navy Yard, Downtown Brooklyn, and a major subway line. The borrower was seeking to renovate and refinance his properties. Hirshmark Capital worked closely with the borrower and accommodated the time of the essence transaction. This is yet another example of Hirshmark Capital’s aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
