Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,400,000 bridge loan secured by a commercial building in the East Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn and a parcel of land in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. The commercial property is a 6,000 SF, two-story, vacant building surrounded by national tenants. The parcel of land is a 12,000 SF lot with roughly 36,000 buildable SF, on the same block as the 2 and 5 trains. The borrower needed capital to purchase the commercial property while using the parcel of land as additional collateral. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
