Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,550,000 bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in Downtown Brooklyn. The subject property is roughly 4,500 SF with 6 apartments and a store. The property is located on one of the busiest retail corridors in Brooklyn, blocks away from several subway lines. The borrower needed capital for a different  business opportunity. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
