Ditmas Park Development Site – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $1,625,000 bridge loan secured by a development site in the Ditmas Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. The subject site has roughly 40 feet of frontage on a major retail corridor and is a few blocks away from the Q train. The site has approved plans for roughly 12,500 BSF.  The borrower needed capital to refinance and for other business purposes. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
