Clinton Hill Multifamily – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $3,500,000 bridge loan secured by two building in Clinton Hill totaling 7 units. The subject properties are both condo conversions and nearly complete. The borrower needed financing to retire existing debt and cash out enough to complete the conversions. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
