Chinatown Mixed-Use – Bridge Loan

Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $8,200,000 bridge loan secured by two buildings in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manhattan. The subject properties have 10 apartments and 2 retail spaces, which totals 20,000 SF. The borrower needed capital to refinance. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
