Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, is proud to announce the funding of a $2,900,000 bridge loan secured by two mixed-use properties in Bedford Stuyvesant and one multifamily property in Clinton Hill. The subject collateral totals roughly 15,000 SF, 2 stores, and 11 apartments. The borrower needed capital to refinance and to renovate the properties. This is yet another example of our aggressive appetite in providing short term bridge financing in a time sensitive manner.
